New Black develops EVA, a secure cloud-based Contextual Commerce platform that helps globally operating brands and retailers transform digital retail experiences, deliver flexible infrastructure, and improve consumer experiences through headless commerce.
Задачи
- Build and maintain advanced, scalable React applications for headless commerce experiences
- Lead the technical direction of customer projects through architecture and implementation decisions
- Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, PMs, and clients to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Own the full development lifecycle from design and architecture through testing, optimization, and deployment
- Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and tools
- Stay current with emerging React technologies and best practices
- Explore Agentic AI and create AI skills that solve problems more effectively
Требования
- Hands-on experience with React and TypeScript
- Ability to architect and build scalable web applications
- Understanding of the full development lifecycle from conception to deployment
- Experience writing unit and integration tests
- Experience debugging complex issues and ensuring code quality across the stack
- Understanding of headless commerce principles and API-first development
- Strong knowledge of performance optimization for fast, responsive, and user-friendly applications under real-world load
- Ability to make architectural decisions, mentor others, and set high standards for code and collaboration
- Curiosity about AI and agentic development
- Analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Ability to communicate solutions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills
- Affinity with retail, e-commerce, and digital transformation
