Overview

Are you a skilled engineer who enjoys translating complex business processes into elegant digital solutions? We’re looking for a Python Engineer to help us elevate our Odoo implementation based in our Amsterdam office.
Responsibilities
- Customize Odoo modules, implement new functionalities, and maintain existing systems.
- Work with product owners and stakeholders to develop and optimize Odoo modules for operational efficiency and innovation.
- Constantly innovate how we use Odoo and develop domain‑specific modules that drive the business forward.
- Write structured, solid code, perform code reviews, and align with business stakeholders on new functionalities.
- Collaborate with a cross‑functional team of highly skilled engineers to optimize internal processes.
Qualifications
- At least 5+ years of experience in a similar position.
- Experience with Python and Odoo (or another ERP).
- Ambitious, proactive, determined, and enthusiastic, with a desire to do good and improve the world.
- Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science or equivalent is an advantage.
- Ability to work with .NET 9, PostgreSQL, VueJS (Nuxt), React Native, edge computing, CDN, serverless, Kubernetes, AWS, machine learning, and AI.
- Successful candidate will be proactive, humble most of the time, and proud of their achievements.

- Introductory interview with Stephan, Head of Engineering (≈30 min).
- Final interview with Kevin, CTO (≈45‑60 min).
- Pre‑interview personality questionnaire to assess fit.
- Offer letter upon successful completion of interviews.
