Role description
Overview
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer (Experienced - AI & Copilot) for K3 Fashion Solutions. This role focuses on developing and integrating AI features and Copilot capabilities into the BC/ERP solution, K3 Pebblestone, and contributing to the broader K3 Fashion Solutions product set. The position supports both technical development and functional ERP knowledge within a collaborative, knowledge-sharing environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom extensions and integrations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, with a focus on AI and Copilot capabilities
- Collaborate with product managers and functional consultants to identify and implement AI-driven enhancements that improve user experience and business efficiency
- Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and high-performance solutions
- Provide functional and technical support across key modules: Purchase, Sales, Inventory, Products, and Production
- Conduct and participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices, performance standards, and security guidelines
- Stay up to date with the latest BC platform updates, Microsoft 365 innovations, and AI advancements
- Work effectively within an ISV environment, contributing to product development cycles and customer-focused enhancements
- Foster a culture of knowledge sharing, mentoring, and continuous improvement within the development team
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience developing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central using AL and Visual Studio Code
- Demonstrated experience with Copilot for Business Central and AI-enhanced ERP development
- Strong functional understanding of ERP processes in Purchasing, Sales, Inventory, Products, and Production
- Experience working with or for an Independent Software Vendor (ISV) is highly preferred
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Knowledge and Experience of Aure/Pipelines/PowerShell and SQL (Tech Admin)
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development practices
- Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach to teamwork
- Passion for continuous learning, innovation, and staying ahead of the curve in BC and AI technologies
- Strong commitment to code quality, documentation, and peer collaboration
Role & Location
We are considering candidates for this position in either Bristol, UK, or Nootdorp, Netherlands. This role provides a hybrid work model, enabling a flexible combination of remote work and in-person collaboration at our offices in Bristol or Nootdorp.
