Our customers operate in sectors such as cleaning, construction, hospitality, education, healthcare, transport & logistics, property management, homeowners’ associations (HOA/VvE management), landscaping, and security.

That is why we are looking for an enthusiastic Java Software Engineer to help shape the future of Time & Attendance together with us.
What will you do?
As a Java Software Engineer, you will contribute to the further development of the CleanJack platform. You will build robust and scalable software used by thousands of users every day and make a direct contribution to new AI-driven functionalities.
You will work closely with Product Management, Customer Success, and your colleagues within Software Development to turn innovative ideas into reliable software solutions.
Your responsibilities include:
- Developing new features in Java;
- Building and maintaining Spring Boot microservices;
- Designing and developing REST APIs;
- Integrating external systems and platforms;
- Writing maintainable and well-documented code;
- Performing code reviews;
- Testing, debugging, and optimizing applications;
- Contributing to the development of AI functionalities within the CleanJack platform.
Who are we looking for?
You are an enthusiastic software engineer who enjoys working on innovative SaaS solutions. You like technical challenges, enjoy contributing to architecture decisions, and get energy from building high-quality software.
You have:
- A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field;
- Excellent knowledge of Java;
- Extensive experience with Spring Boot;
- Experience with microservices architectures;
- Knowledge of REST APIs;
- Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases;
- Experience with Git and modern development methodologies;
- A proactive and independent mindset;
- Good command of both Dutch and English.
Experience with SaaS platforms, Time & Attendance, Workforce Management, or Artificial Intelligence is a plus, but not a requirement.
