Since the launch of the app in November 2017, Peaks has grown to one of the largest investment platforms in The Netherlands and Germany and serves more than 100,000 customers.
With a team of 40 ambitious talents, Peaks is looking for an iOS developer to help fulfil its mission and growth ambitions.

As an iOS developer, you’ll craft high-quality apps that help users take control of their financial future. You’ll play a key role in shaping the mobile experience, implementing new features, optimizing performance, and ensuring smooth integrations with backend systems. You’ll contribute to a robust codebase with a focus on maintainability, scalability, and engineering best practices.
What you will be doing
You will team up with backend engineers to help build the best possible mobile apps for customers. It is important that you are comfortable and confident in giving your opinion to fellow colleagues.
You will assist in refining and enhancing the mobile app architecture and overall service offering. You are eager to find solutions to complicated problems and ensure that your code works in production. This means testing for robustness, edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
What you will need to apply
At least 5 years of engineering experience with a product mindset
Solid understanding of architectures, design principles and engineering best practices
Specialist in Swift with expertise in both UIKit and SwiftUI, and comfortable with at least one other programming language such as Kotlin, TypeScript, or Python
Result-driven professional who can deliver while working with technology
Good understanding of business processes and ability to own tasks from design to production
Strong communication skills to interact with internal teams such as design and customer care
Lifelong learner willing to explore and share new ideas
Live or plan to live in The Netherlands
