At the IT department at APS Group, we build modern front-ends that make complex marketing operations feel effortless. You develop simple solutions for complex problems. You work on a front-end with scalability in mind, using cutting-edge technology, like React/Next.js, GraphQL, and Cloudflare, leveraging AI in development to work smarter.

What You’ll Do
- Concepting, designing, building, and maintaining our front-end application
- Architect, build and maintain high-performance web apps using React/Next.js and modern tooling
- Work closely with UX/UI designers, back-end developers, and DevOps engineers in an Agile team
- Coach peers, lead by example, and support a culture of clean, testable, and maintainable code
- Contribute to design system evolution and frontend best practices
You are an experienced, pro-active, self-motivated engineer who takes ownership and responsibility. You understand component-based architecture, scalable UI patterns, and how to keep frontend codebases future-ready. You balance attention to detail with a strong sense of practicality.
Qualifications
- Expertise with React and Next.js
- Familiar with modern state management patterns
- Solid understanding of GraphQL , REST
- Experience with Vitest, RTL , Cypress , and TDD workflows
- A good eye for UI/UX, HTML/CSS fundamentals, and working with design systems (e.g. MUI)
- In depth understanding of web accessibility
- Proven experience in mobile-first development and responsive designs
- Knowledge of web security best practices
Nice-to-have
- Experience with Gitlab and Cloudflare
