Lead Frontend Engineer – AI-Driven SaaS Product – up to EUR 90K – Rotterdam / Hybrid

Overview

My client is a scale-up that has built and is continuing to scale a successful AI-driven SaaS product. The international customer base is growing rapidly and they are backed by solid investments. The product provides answers to which emerging technologies will matter, how soon, and by how much. The company crafts its own AI/ML capabilities from scratch and integrates AI-powered tooling into its product.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute hands-on to a team of 3 Frontend Developers within a total engineering team of 10 (Data Scientists, Designers, DevOps, Analysts, Backend and Frontend Developers).
• Ensure that user interactions align with complex AI components and high-quality features in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical strategies and mentor team members, promoting frontend best practices.

• Demonstrable experience in leading a frontend team.
• Interest in absorbing AI and ML knowledge.
• Strong collaboration skills and a user-focused mindset.
