Learning Management System Administrator – contract role in Amsterdam on‑site.
Job Description
Designing, implementing and supporting complex business processes in an SAP SuccessFactors LMS environment. Handling efficient operation of LMS to meet client needs. Expertise in LMS reporting and PRD exposure. Performing administration and succession management in SuccessFactors. Working with integration modules. At least one full lifecycle implementation in SuccessFactors or two support engagements.
Qualifications
- Multiple SAP SuccessFactors module certifications.
- Discovery meetings with customers to identify current process and future state requirements.
- Exposure to validated Learning Management System and other validation tools.
- Support design and development of custom reports using PRD tool with GRS Parameter.
