Role description
You will work with the management team to define and negotiate contracts including rules and pricing models to suit individual customer requirements.
You will be developing additional business with new customers, also by actively monitoring trends in the relevant market & key customers and supporting our innovative marketing strategy.
As the ideal candidate for this role:
- You have at least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the HR industry
- You have a dynamic sales personality with a strong success-oriented drive, conceptual mind, creative and innovative skills
- You are a team player with experience in modern information technologies
- You are willing to travel extensively
- You have cross-cultural awareness, good interpersonal skills and excellent presentation skills
- Fluent in English and Spanish
