Job Summary
This is an

entry-level opportunity designed to develop into a Sales Agent role . As a Sales Agent Trainee, you will complete a structured training program focused on sales, products, and licensing. Upon successful completion, you will be promoted to a

Sales Agent .
This position is

based in a Branch Office , where all sales activities, client appointments, and inspections are conducted

on-site . You will assist members by providing information on AAA services and insurance products while building a strong sales foundation.

Generate business through

prospecting, networking, and lead development
Meet and exceed

monthly sales goals
Build strong client relationships and

Qualifications
Sales experience

preferred
Ability to obtain and maintain

Property & Casualty and Life Insurance licenses

A

P&C license is required prior to start

(AAA provides study materials; 3–4 weeks to complete)

Strong communication and organizational skills
Basic computer proficiency
High school diploma required; college degree preferred
Must pass

background and drug screening
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Proof of automobile liability insurance at time of hire
