System Validation Engineer - Embedded Systems | HW/SW Integration / Wireless Communications / Validation

We are currently partnered with an innovative technology company developing advanced embedded communication systems, combining complex hardware, SoC, firmware, software, and communication protocol technologies. As part of their continued product development, they are looking to hire a System Validation Engineer to take ownership of hardware and software integration, system-level validation, test automation, and technical troubleshooting across embedded communication platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Define hardware and software integration and system validation strategies based on product and component requirements.
• Develop detailed validation plans, test strategies, validation criteria, and coverage methodologies.
• Integrate hardware, SoC, firmware, software, and communication protocol components into complete embedded systems.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, performance, and system-level validation activities.
• Develop, maintain, and improve automated test frameworks for hardware and software validation.
• Build and enhance laboratory test environments and hardware validation setups.
• Develop automated test scripts and tooling using Python and other scripting languages.

Key Requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Several years of professional experience in hardware/software testing, system integration, embedded validation, or related engineering environments.
• Approximately 4-6 years of relevant experience for mid-level candidates, with 10+ years desirable for Senior/Lead-level positions.
• Strong understanding of embedded systems, including hardware architecture, SoCs, firmware, and low-level software.
• Strong hands-on programming experience with C/C++ .
• Experience validating complex SoC-based embedded communication platforms.
• Experience working across hardware, firmware, drivers, application software, and communication protocol stacks.
• Experience with wireless communication chipsets or connectivity technologies.
• Experience with RF validation, signal integrity, or mixed-signal systems.
