Site Reliability Engineer
Role description
- Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
- Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.
- Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.

Requirements
- Strong experience in application and database performance analysis, with the ability to identify bottlenecks and recommend performance tuning and optimization strategies.
- Hands-on experience in implementing proactive monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions to improve system reliability and minimize production incidents.
- Strong understanding of security, privacy, and compliance best practices in enterprise application environments.
- Experience managing production incidents, participating in on-call/standby rotations, and providing 24x7 production support in mission-critical environments.
- Proven ability to collaborate with development teams to improve deployment efficiency, reduce lead time, and enhance operational excellence.
- Experience working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments with a solid understanding of Agile principles and DevOps practices.
- Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Git, Maven, and Ansible.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, including Repositories, Code Reviews, Build & Release Pipelines, and automated deployments across containerized and non-containerized platforms.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Kibana, including dashboard creation, alert configuration, and performance monitoring.
- Strong scripting skills using Bash, Unix Shell, or similar scripting languages for automation and operational tasks.
- Good experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW 5.x) and TIBCO EMS administration, deployment, and production support.
- Good understanding of relational databases, with Oracle Database experience being highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, project management, and time management skills with the ability to work independently and within large enterprise teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
- Microsoft Azure (Deployments, Azure Repositories, Code Reviews, CI/CD Pipelines)
- Azure DevOps for source control, build automation, release management, and deployment.
- CI/CD implementation in enterprise Banking/Financial Services environments.
- Experience supporting 24x7 production environments with incident, problem, and change management.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Experience with Parasoft and other Test Automation tools.
- Knowledge of Risk & Compliance processes within Banking or Financial Services.
- Experience working in on-call/standby support rotations outside regular business hours.
- Exposure to container platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes.
