Role description

EFFECT Photonics in Eindhoven is seeking an experienced Reliability Engineer for R&D to join the Validation & Reliability team. You will drive reliability testing on PICs and integrated modules, interpret results, and contribute to reliability strategies in collaboration with PIC Design, Foundry and Product Development.

A solid understanding of photonic devices and industry standards such as Telcordia and ISO is required, along with experience initiating improvements based on test results.
