No traffic, no long routes, and no multiple stops. Instead, you focus on moving trailers within the yard in a safe, controlled environment.

What You Can Expect

Home daily with a consistent schedule

Limited road driving or highway traffic

No touch freight

No customer deliveries or multi-stop routes

Steady, repeatable work in one location

Predictable hours and reliable pay

Pay and Benefits

$26.50 Per hour starting pay (CDL)

$25.50 per hour starting pay (Non CDL)

Overtime available after 40 hours

Weekly pay

Referral bonus up to $2,000

Job Responsibilities

Move trailers within the yard and between dock doors

Perform drop and hook operations

Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections

Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Communicate with dispatch and yard personnel

Maintainaccuratelogs and documentation

Requirements

Valid License

Safe driving record

Experience operating tractor-trailers

Ability to work in all weather conditions

Ability to get in and out of the truck throughout the shift
