What you will do
- Analyze and solve complex technical problems within the production process
- Coordinate quality-related escalations towards customers and support manufacturing
- Initiate and implement process improvements focused on product quality, scrap reduction, and cost savings
- Proactively collaborate with manufacturing and other departments to turn improvement ideas into actions
- Maintain and update procedures and processes, and contribute to improvement projects

What you bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field
