Role description
We are looking for an experienced Senior/Lead HVAC Designer with strong expertise in AVEVA E3D to join offshore engineering projects. You will be responsible for detailed HVAC design and 3D modeling for platforms and substations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and review HVAC layouts for offshore platforms and substations
- Perform heat load calculations and equipment sizing
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated designs
- Prepare technical documentation and IFC deliverables
- Ensure compliance with international standards (ISO, ASHRAE, NORSOK, DNV, NFPA)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
- Minimum 5 years of HVAC design experience, preferably offshore
- Strong proficiency in AVEVA E3D
- Knowledge of offshore codes and standards
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
