Are you a technical professional who enjoys developing and optimizing products? As a Product Developer at NEDCON, you will work in an international, technical environment on innovative solutions. With product development centrally coordinated within the organization, you play a key role in translating product concepts into technical designs and contributing to high-quality, cost-efficient products.

This is what you will do
As a Product Developer at NEDCON, you are responsible for developing and optimizing products. Based on the product vision defined by our Product Managers, you will receive projects that you translate into technical solutions. You will work independently or as part of a team, taking a leading role throughout the development process.
Your key responsibilities:
- Translating product concepts into technical designs and specifications.
- Optimizing designs with regard to manufacturability, cost efficiency, and quality.
- Collaborating closely with Product Management, Standardization & Digitalization, Production (Czech Republic), Quality, and Supply Chain teams.
- Conducting or supporting testing, validation, and problem-solving activities.
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including BOMs and CAD models.
Who you are
You are an analytical and solution-oriented professional with a passion for technology and product development. You work in a structured manner, take a proactive approach, and thrive in an international working environment. You are also willing to travel internationally several times a year for your work.
You also bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree (HBO level) or equivalent, preferably in a technical field such as Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in product development and/or engineering within a technical environment.
- Knowledge of CAD systems and technical documentation (experience with CREO and Windchill is an advantage).
- Excellent command of both Dutch and English; German is a plus
