We are looking to collaborate with enterprising, innovation-driven PhD researchers interested in building a startup around their scientific or technological expertise. Our founder works closely with selected PhD innovators to help develop the concept, build a prototype, and bring the solution to market.

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking candidates who are:

Currently completing a PhD (3–4 years) or recently finished (max 1 year)

Specializing in High-Tech, Deep Tech, Engineering, Applied Sciences, Physics, AI/ML, Robotics, Electronics, Photonics, MedTech, or related fields

Entrepreneurial, ambitious, and excited about building a real business from research

Curious, open-minded, and motivated to learn what it takes to commercialize a technology

Interested in co-founding or leading a venture around their PhD work or a new idea

Ideal For:

PhD candidates open minded, passionate about entrepreneurship and innovation

Researchers with promising projects that could be commercialized
