The company is a global brand in semiconductor manufacturing, appliances, electrical, and electronics manufacturing. It is undergoing major digital transformation and building an Information Security team to establish a unified security framework across European subsidiaries and IT and OT environments.

Задачи

• Manage technical deliverables from third-party security vendors and hold partners accountable for implementing controls properly;
• Guide the implementation and maintenance of security controls across IT and OT production environments;
• Run technical security assessments and coordinate remediation with external partners;
• Lead incident response efforts;
• Review IT project designs to ensure secure-by-design principles before execution;
• Partner with local IT teams and shared service centers to ensure consistent security across Europe;
• Translate technical risks into business impact and collaborate with multicultural teams and external suppliers.

Требования

• Have 3+ years of hands-on technical security experience;
• Have experience managing or overseeing external service providers;
• Have deep practical knowledge of EDR, SIEM, IDS/IPS, and vulnerability scanners;
• Be familiar with NIST, CIS, or NIS2 requirements;
• Be able to direct and manage how vendors execute security work;
• Have a background in FMCG, manufacturing, production, logistics, or consumer electronics;
• Be structured, methodical, and focused on documentation and stability;
• Do not have a purely banking or insurance background without relevant operational or production experience;
• Nice to have: CISSP, CISM, CEH.

Условия

• Up to 90000 EUR OTE per year, with salary and holiday allowance roughly 83500 EUR per year
• Initial 7-month contract with a 1-month trial period; extension is intended, and a permanent contract is possible but not guaranteed
• 37.5 Hours per week
