Regional Corporate Security Manager – EMEA Recruitment
EMEA Recruitment is seeking a Regional Corporate Security Manager to strengthen our client’s Corporate Security function across Europe. You will implement and maintain corporate and supply‑chain security strategies with a strong focus on investigations, physical security, and cargo theft risk mitigation across manufacturing sites, warehouses and transportation networks.
Operating in a matrix environment, you will partner closely with Supply Chain, Facilities and regional leadership to ensure security standards, systems and processes are consistently applied across multiple European locations.
Key Requirements
- Extensive experience in corporate security, ideally within a manufacturing or complex supply‑chain environment
- Proven expertise in planning and conducting complex investigations, including loss prevention and cargo theft mitigation
- Strong knowledge of physical and supply‑chain security best practices, including site, warehouse and in‑transit risk management
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with Supply Chain, HR, Procurement and senior stakeholders across Europe
- Experience developing and implementing security policies, SOPs, awareness programmes and training
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear reports, briefings and presentations
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g. CPP, PSP, TAPA or similar) are advantageous
