Duration: 1 year initial contract
We're hiring for a Certified Technical Architect to own the E2E architecture of the ServiceNow platform turning business and technical requirements into blueprints, running technical governance and driving successful go-lives.
Day to day Requirements- Own the E2E platform architecture keeping it scalable, secure and performant across all live and planned modules
- Lead HLDs and LLDs for complex, multi-instance, global and highly integrated implementations
- Define and run technical governance (e.g. Design Authority Board), enforcing best practice to minimise technical debt
- Conduct risk assessments and provide architectural assurance across security, data governance and compliance
- Design and govern secure REST/SOAP and IntegrationHub patterns, and own the data model (CMDB, CSDM)
- Act as the top technical escalation point for architecture, performance and security challenges
- Coach and mentor architects and dev teams, and present strategy and roadmaps to C-suite and technical audiences
- Active ServiceNow xgiwjmb Certified Technical Architect certfication
- Hands on experience in ServiceNow solution design, development and implementation, including 3-5 years as a Platform or Enterprise Architect
- Demonstrated depth across the core platform and multiple major suites (HAM, SAM, ITSM, ITOM)
- Proven track record architecting and leading large-scale, complex, global ServiceNow deployments
