- Leads scoping, planning, and technical design workshops
- Writes, reviews, and approves solution designs, technical specifications, and solution frameworks
- Translates business processes into STEP technology requirements
- Understands and applies technology best practices for integration/APIs and business rules
- Drives new processes and the adoption of good practices
- Manages and creates data mappings between STEP and integration points (ETL/ESB, XML, STEPXML)
- Develops complex business rules for pre/post processing or application workflows; performs code reviews
- Works with System Administrators to troubleshoot platform, solution, and performance issues
Must Have:
- Solid understanding of multi-domain MDM concepts, data relationships, and database architecture
- Experience with integration technologies, data mapping, and APIs
- Thorough understanding of system design principles and cloud computing architecture
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language
- Experience with agile methodologies and best practices for development and project execution
- STEP training and experience from previous projects
