They're a fast-moving, well-funded startup based in Amsterdam with 400+ paying customers, a 4+ year runway, and a founding team that knows how to build. They're at the stage where things are working, and now they need the right people to help them scale.
The roleThis is a hands-on engineering role with real ownership. You'll work across the back end, help shape technical decisions, and have a direct impact on the product and where it goes next. No bureaucracy, no endless approval chains, just a small, talented team moving fast and building something people actually pay for.
What you'll be doing- Building and improving core product features end-to-end
- Contributing to architectural decisions, not just implementing them
- Working closely with the founding team to shape the product roadmap
- Owning your work from idea to production
Python FastAPI
