Role description
Astra-North Infoteck Inc. is seeking a Solution Architect for ServiceNow to own end-to-end architecture across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB and SecOps. You will lead governance, data models, integrations and platform roadmap to satisfy customer objectives.
The role requires expert-level ServiceNow knowledge, strong communication with stakeholders, and delivery leadership across teams and vendors. On-site in Vancouver, Canada with enterprise-scale responsibilities.
