Role description
1. Implement Physical Security Management System- Drive data center on-site operations, facilities, and related teams to implement the physical security management system.
- Improve on-site security team's awareness and skills through training, drills, and testing to meet job requirements and ensure local physical security.
- Perform comprehensive security inspections of the data center, identify potential risks and hazards in a timely manner, and ensure corrective actions are completed.
- Ensure effective implementation of security control measures during major events and incidents.
- Degree Requirement: Full-time college diploma or equivalent qualification and above.
- Major Requirement: Property Management, Security Technology, or related fields.
- Industry Experience: At least 1 year of security-related experience in property management or a similar field.
- Total Work Experience: At least 3 years.
- Knowledge of security management, including personnel security (man-guarding), technical security, and emergency response.
- Communication Skills: Clear articulation, smooth expression, and logical thinking.
- Collaboration Skills: Strong organizational and management abilities; capable of coordinating cross-functional teams to implement security policies.
- Management Skills: Self-management; basic project and daily task management. xgiwjmb
- Language Skills: Proficiency in local language + Chinese.
