Role description
We are seeking a Spark Scala Developer to build reliable, high-performing data-processing applications.
What you will do
- Design and develop Apache Spark applications using Scala.
- Build clean, well-tested code and collaborate across engineering teams.
- Develop data services, SQL queries, and Spring Boot integrations where needed.
- Support CI/CD practices and modern delivery workflows.
What you bring
- 6-8 years of software or data engineering experience.
- Strong Scala and Java programming skills.
- Hands-on Apache Spark Core, Spark SQL, DataFrames, and Datasets experience.
- Experience with Maven, Git, the Hadoop ecosystem, CI/CD, Spring Boot, and SQL.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
