• Lead resolution process for critical issues impacting customers
Requirements:
• BS/MS/PhD in Electrical or Computer Engineering
• 15+ years in semiconductor development leadership
• Expertise in managing impactful engineering teams across locations
• Strong grasp of SerDes digital development flows
• Experience with Ethernet or high-speed protocols essential
