Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced OpenCart Developer to build, customize, and maintain eCommerce websites using the OpenCart platform. The ideal candidate should have strong PHP skills, experience with OpenCart extensions, and the ability to develop secure, high-performance online stores.
Key Responsibilities

Develop, customize, and maintain OpenCart-based eCommerce websites

Create and customize OpenCart themes and extensions

Integrate payment gateways, shipping modules, and third-party APIs

Optimize website performance, security, and scalability

Fix bugs, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support

Manage product catalogs, categories, and order workflows

Implement SEO best practices for OpenCart stores

Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility

Perform upgrades and migrations between OpenCart versions

Collaborate with designers and business teams
Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong knowledge of OpenCart architecture and MVC-L framework

Proficiency in PHP, MySQL

Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery

Experience with OpenCart extensions and modifications (OCMOD / VQMod)

Knowledge of REST API integration

Familiarity with OpenCart admin customization
