As a key member of COFOMO, you will define strategic roadmaps for data initiatives and oversee multi-faceted programs in this on-site role. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing tech-driven projects and possess a strong capability to coordinate diverse teams. Your expertise in governance and communication will be essential in achieving project objectives and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee full data lifecycle management and governance
• Establish performance indicators for data quality
• Ensure alignment across business, IT, and external partners
• Drive modernization of data platforms and tools
• Present program updates to governance committees

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar
• Minimum 10 years in program/project management
• 5 years in data governance or related initiatives
• Knowledge of PLM or ERP systems (an asset)
• Proven ability to lead and influence executive stakeholders
