Join The Mildenhall School as a Casa Lead Guide in Etobicoke, Ontario, starting January 2025. This full-time position focuses on guiding children from ages 3 to 6 in a vibrant Montessori setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Guide Montessori programs for children aged 3 to 6
• Report to the school Principal and collaborate with staff
• Promote an inclusive and diverse educational environment
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in education or a related field
• Recognized Casa certification
• Strong grasp of Montessori principles
• Ability to communicate openly with parents
• Team-oriented with strong organizational skills
