Microsoft Dynamics 365 Lead Developer
Location: Montreal, QC (Hybrid - 3 days/week onsite)

Required Skills
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service Strong experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, plugins, and related architecture/design practices Experience with Azure services, including:
- Azure Data Factory
- Service Bus
- Azure SQL
- Logic Apps
- Azure Key Vault
- Experience with Copilot Studio
- Experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD and C#.NET
- Experience working in iterative and Agile development environments
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Desired Skills
- Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure certifications Knowledge of enterprise architecture patterns Experience with full application lifecycle testing, including:
- Functional Testing
- Regression Testing
- Performance Testing
- Integration Testing
- Delivery management experience
- Ability to interact directly with business users and stakeholders at all organizational levels
