Lead Developer - GitHub Copilot Enablement
Role description
We're looking for a Senior Developer – GitHub Copilot Enablement to join our team in the Netherlands in a hybrid working mode. This role focuses on making GitHub Copilot more reliable, useful and enterprise-ready within the client’s engineering ecosystem.You will work at the intersection of software engineering, developer experience, platform engineering and AI-assisted development. The goal is to connect Copilot with enterprise context such as coding standards, SDK guidelines, internal documentation and architectural principles to help developers achieve better outcomes.This is not a training-only role. You will build the technical enablement layer around Copilot, including integrations, prompt guidance, automated workflows and tooling that ensures generated code aligns with organizational requirements for security, observability and design.
