Daily Responsibilities:
Diagnose and troubleshoot residential heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment
Perform service repairs on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related HVAC systems
Complete preventative maintenance inspections and identify potential system issues
Explain repair options and recommendations clearly to homeowners
Ensure all work meets safety standards, local codes, and company quality expectations
Accurately document service calls, findings, and completed repairs
Maintain a professional appearance and customer-focused attitude

Responsibilities:
As a
Residential HVAC Service Technician , you will:
Troubleshoot and diagnose residential
HVAC systems , including furnaces, heat pumps, and air conditioning units
Perform
HVAC repairs, service calls, and preventative maintenance
Identify system issues and recommend appropriate
heating and air conditioning solutions
Ensure all
HVAC service work
meets company standards and local code requirements
Communicate clearly with homeowners about system performance and recommended repairs

HVAC service and repair work

Qualifications:
What You Need
3-4 years of
residential HVAC experience
EPA certification (or ability to obtain)
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Must pass background check and drug screening
Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and lift heavy HVAC equipment
