What you’ll do as an In Home Caregiver

Build meaningful relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate care

Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, restroom use, and incontinence care

Help with mobility and daily routines based on each client’s care needs

Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping

Provide reliable, consistent support in the client’s home

Your schedule and client assignments will depend on your availability, location, experience, and current client needs.

Requirements

Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) OR be a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN

Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to client homes

Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care and build strong relationships

Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply)

Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements

Home Care Aide registration

Not currently registered as a California

Home Care Aide (HCA) ?
