Strategy & Due Diligence Analyst

Role description
Analyst for due diligence reports, market analysis, and Start-Up Visa / Innovator Visa business plans.
You will work directly with the founder on diligence reports, business plans, and market validation work. Twenty-plus engagements a year, in cycles of two to three weeks. You will write, model, and read primary sources — not pull from databases.
Responsibilities
- 01 Author investor-grade due diligence reports (twenty to forty pages, two-week cycles)
- 02 Build financial models and bottom-up forecasts for SUV and incubator-track ventures
- 03 Run primary research: customer calls, market sizing, competitive landscape
- 04 Draft business plans, pitch decks, and market analyses
- 05 Sit in scoping calls with clients and contribute to scope decisions
Qualifications
- 01 3+ years in management consulting, venture investing, or a similar analyst role
- 02 Strong writer. We measure analysts by their prose, not their slide skills.
- 03 Comfortable with bottom-up financial modeling in spreadsheets
- 04 Comfortable running customer‑discovery interviews
- 05 Curious by default. You read primary sources before secondary ones.
Nice to have
- 01 Background in healthcare, fin‑tech, or one of our active verticals
- 02 Experience with Start-Up Visa or Innovator Visa applications
- 03 Quantitative training (statistics, economics, operations research)
