Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Vocational training, welding certification, or technical education is beneficial. Experience Requirements MIG or TIG welding experience preferred. Fabrication, machining, robotics, or manufacturing experience a plus. Experience reading blueprints preferred. Computer, programming, or technical experience required. 3D modeling experience is a plus. Valid driver's license required. Job Duties Learn robotic welding programming and operation. Perform MIG welds and complete weld testing requirements. Read and interpret blueprints and technical documents. Assist with fabrication and robotic welding projects. Monitor production quality and make programming adjustments as trained. Support manufacturing operations and continuous improvement efforts. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work in welding positions throughout the shift. Ability to lift metal components, materials, and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely wear welding helmets, gloves, and required personal protective equipment. Ability to safely work around welding equipment, sparks, heat, and fabrication machinery while following established safety procedures. Benefits Competitive weekly pay.
