Job Description Job Description Description: Summary of Responsibilities As part of the crew, you will be responsible for safely performing tasks associated with the operation, rig up/down of pumping equipment, tools, and related equipment in the shop, yard or customer location. Employees in this position will be responsible for operating and maintaining fluid pumps and other equipment during operations as well as before and after job completion. You may be required to perform a variety of tasks or job duties assigned by the Supervisor. You will be required to communicate closely with the field specialist. Perform all duties in compliance with customer and company policies and procedures and applicable regulations. Actively participates in safety meetings to identify and address risks and hazards. Requirements: Primary Responsibilities (Not listed in relation to their priority) Operate, service, and maintain equipment Train team members Display extensive knowledge of rigging and “outside” operations of pump, iron, and wellhead Complete all documentation required for equipment service, inspections, and maintenance Will be able to operate or drive all of the equipment Comply with required safety and operational procedures Assists other employees with equipment rigs up and rig down Operate fluid pumps associated with processes including treatment procedures Perform required inspections and maintenance of equipment and ensure that iron certifications are current Perform all duties in compliance with Customer and Company policies and procedures and applicable regulations Actively participates in safety meetings and assist to identify and address risks and hazards Perform other duties as assigned Comply with DOT regulations Preferred Qualifications 1. High School diploma, GED or equivalent 2. Basic problem-solving skills 3. Organizational skills 4. Ability to work in adverse weather conditions 5. Ability to effectively communicate both oral and written 6. Customer service skills 7. Oilfield well servicing experience 8. Ability to bend, crouch, and lift objects of up to 75 pounds for extended periods of time 9. Ability to multi-task and be adaptable 10. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Special Requirements 1. 21 years or older 2. Valid CDL Class A with Air Brakes. Tanker and HAZMAT a plus 3. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weigh measurement, volume, and distance. Reasoning Ability Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
