Role description

Do you enjoy working in a technical production environment where safety, quality and teamwork are at the heart of everything you do? As a Process Operator B, you will help ensure production processes and installations operate safely, reliably and efficiently. You will earn a gross monthly salary between €3,100 and €3,500, receive a 27.4% shift allowance, travel reimbursement and an attractive year-end bonus.

In this role, you will be responsible for the safe, reliable and efficient operation of production equipment and processes. You will monitor operations, identify deviations and work closely with colleagues to resolve issues and achieve production targets. You will also contribute to improving safety, efficiency and overall plant performance.

• Operating, monitoring and inspecting process equipment and installations
  
• Monitoring process conditions, product quality and operational performance
  
• Following established procedures and safety guidelines
  
• Identifying, analysing and resolving process deviations and operational issues
  
• Performing inspections and field checks
  
• Working closely with colleagues and support departments to optimize production processes
  
• Carrying out minor maintenance and preventive tasks
  
• Ensuring effective shift handovers
  
• Supporting incident investigations and improvement initiatives
  
• Assisting in training and mentoring less experienced operators
  
• Contributing to continuous improvements xgiwjmb in safety, reliability and efficiency
