About the role
Are you passionate about designing high-precision systems where micron-level accuracy matters? We are looking for a Precision Mechanics Engineer to develop innovative solutions for advanced cameras, metrology equipment, semiconductor systems, and motion stages. Your responsibilities are:
- Development from concept to production, testing and improvement of high tech integrated systems.
- Develop optomechanical assemblies, including optical fixation, alignment, and thermal center control.
- Perform structural, modal and thermal analyses to validate performance.
- Apply Design for Manufacturing, mostly considering milling, turning, grinding, and wire EDM.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams throughout the complete product development cycle.

What You Bring
- Master’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- Experience with precision mechanics, design principles, and optomechanical design.
- Knowledge of thermal stability, precision positioning for sub-micron accuracy challenges.
- Experience with CAD modelling, preferably Siemens NX.
- Experience with structural and thermal simulations, preferably Siemens Simcenter (Nastran) and FloEFD.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of design for manufacturing
