Maintenance Supervisor, Cybercab, Battery Pack

Role description

What to Expect As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead a team of maintenance technicians to ensure the performance, reliability, and efficiency of manufacturing equipment. You will be responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production uptime. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams.
