Pacer Group is seeking a Technical Lead / Solution Architect to drive the design of compensation plans, smarter quotas, and territory decisions. The candidate will translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and oversee end-to-end delivery.
You will work hands-on with Varicent ICM (Composer, Web Reports, Web forms, Configure, Workflow, Schedule) and provide release and ITIL-based production support, ad-hoc reports, and data extracts.
