MANTECH seeks motivated, career and customer-oriented Facilities Engineer to join our team in Australia, Singapore, Japan, Philippines and Oahu Hawaii. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: The Facilities Engineer III validates technical engineering protocols and oversees the implementation of facility maintenance and activation procedures. They authorize Technical Reports regarding structural integrity and manage the resolution of complex engineering discrepancies. They serve as a primary liaison with stakeholders to ensure facility objectives align with mission goals and regulatory requirements. The Facilities Engineer III executes technical oversight for facility activation and site remediation activities supporting regional operations. They manage the internal engineering audit schedule to verify compliance with mission-specific safety standards and technical requirements. They coordinate the development of site assessment tools for use in prioritized theater logistics nodes. The Facilities Engineer III provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff. NOTE: Multiple levels of seniority are available based on qualifications and experience. Please see below. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field. 3 years of position-relevant experience. Additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education Ability to draft technical documentation and follow established engineering SOPs. Senior Level: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. 10 years of position-relevant experience. Additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education Experience in formal document validation, acting as the Responsible Officer (RO) for deliverables, and overseeing quality gate implementation. Preferred Qualifications: Professional Engineer (PE) license or PMP certification. Experience with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems integration. Demonstrated knowledge of MIL-STD engineering requirements. Clearance Required: Must hold an have a Public Trust Physical Requirements: The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
