You will mentor engineers, coordinate cross‑functional work with Manufacturing, Drafting, Purchasing and Sales, and drive improvements in design workflows, quality and cost‑effectiveness.

Required: Civil Engineering degree, PEO license, 5–8 years in management and 10+ years in steel design; base pay CAD
