Role:

As Engineering Director for Embedded Systems , you will lead complex automotive software programs within the Infotainment & Connectivity domain and serve as the critical link between our delivery teams and Scandinavia’s most innovative customers . You'll drive client satisfaction while ensuring technical excellence across complex embedded systems projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end client relationship management for our clients, serving as their trusted advisor
• Driving end-to-end program execution across embedded software development, infotainment platforms, connectivity, system integration, validation, certification, suppliers and key technology partners
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams delivering embedded systems solutions that meet rigorous automotive standards
• Drive strategic planning and execution of project roadmaps in close collaboration with client stakeholders
• Facilitate transparent communication between technical teams and client leadership
• Manage project economics, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure optimal delivery
• Identify growth opportunities and innovation potential within the client relationship
• Foster a team culture that embraces both technical excellence and Swedish workplace values

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in client-facing leadership roles in software/embedded systems, automotive software or related technology programs
• Proven experience as a Program Manager, Project Manager or equivalent leadership role in an automotive software environment.
• Demonstrated success managing complex technical projects with multiple stakeholders
• Strong understanding of embedded systems development lifecycle and automotive industry challenges
• Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
• Proven track record of building lasting client relationships based on trust and delivered value
• Experience working in Swedish or Nordic business environments preferred
• Fluency in English required; Swedish language skills highly valued
