Key Responsibilities:
• Own the platform team's objectives from developer tooling to quality workflows
• Launch developer experience surveys and a prioritization roadmap
• Establish metrics for success and collaborate with leadership to drive improvements
• Hire and nurture a high-performing engineering team
• Promote cross-departmental collaboration for enhanced quality and observability

Requirements:
• At least 5 years in senior engineering roles with leadership experience
• Proficiency in CI/CD and cloud technologies
• Track record of improving developer experience metrics
• Knowledgeable in AI development tools for enhancing productivity
• Strong skills in communication and managing ambiguity
