Construction Foreman for Heavy Projects

Role description

Manage heavy civil construction projects as an experienced Construction Foreman. Supervise operations, ensure safety compliance, and effectively organize resources for on-site success.

In this full-time position, you will lead daily site activities, train crew members, and utilize your expertise in heavy civil construction. Responsibilities include reading project documents, tracking progress, and resolving on-site conflicts as they arise. Effective communication with project stakeholders is critical to this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily operations and manage site crews
• Plan and organize work to achieve project goals
• Read and ensure compliance with project documents
• Monitor production, deadlines, and safety policies
• Conduct regular site inspections for quality control

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years' experience in heavy civil construction
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills required
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proven ability to solve issues on-site
• Valid Class G driver’s license essential
