Commissioning Teamlead
Role description
Lead complex commissioning operations on high‑impact maritime projects worldwide. Royal IHC seeks a Commissioning Team Lead to own commissioning activities for newly built dredging and offshore vessels at international shipyards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, coordinate, and execute commissioning activities for all technical systems onboard the vessels.
- Act as Royal IHC’s technical representative at international shipyards.
- Analyze technical specifications, ITPs, drawings, manuals, and test protocols.
- Develop detailed commissioning plans together with the project planner.
- Supervise and guide commissioning activities executed by subcontractors and suppliers.
- Perform commissioning activities according to customer requirements, specifications, quality standards, and planning.
Profile
- Degree in shipbuilding, marine engineering, mechanical engineering or related discipline.
- Experience with offshore and/or dredging vessels is a strong advantage.
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).
- Willing and able to travel internationally for longer periods.
Offer
- Salary between €4700 and €7270 gross per month, plus 8% holiday allowance.
- Monthly compensation for time spent abroad.
