Role Overview
We are seeking a High Voltage Battery Integration Engineer to define, integrate, and validate HV battery systems for plug‑in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV) applications. You will be responsible for guiding the battery system from concept definition through supplier alignment and prototype release.
Key Responsibilities
- Define technical requirements and specifications for HV battery systems (TRS)
- Perform system risk analysis using FMEA methodologies
- Plan and coordinate validation activities based on DVP&R
- Evaluate supplier RFQ responses against technical and functional requirements
- Support supplier technical agreements and sign‑off processes (SSO1)
- Release Bills of Materials for prototype vehicle builds
- Present concept design reviews to senior engineering stakeholders

Profile
- Engineering degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Automotive Engineering
- Experience with HV battery systems in automotive or heavy‑duty vehicles
- Familiarity with validation processes, supplier management, and system integration
