Acceptance Testing Technician

Role description

Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you'll be able to do:

• Write test cases
• Perform functional and acceptance tests
• Ensure that incidents and requests are handled according to established procedures
• Ensure that the deadlines of the mandates under his/her responsibility are respected
• Ensure knowledge transfer to internal resources in accordance with the knowledge transfer plan
• Communicate the progress of the work, possible solutions and issues that may compromise deadlines or the completion of mandates.

The profile you are looking for is as follows:

• Hold a college diploma (DEC) in computer science, administration (management computer science option) or equivalent training
• Have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in application testing, including writing and performing functional or acceptance tests
• Have experience testing on iOS and Android mobile platforms
• Experience in testing CRM solutions and Microsoft's Power Platform (an asset)
• Have at least six (6) months' experience in a government or para-governmental organization (an asset).
