YOUR ROLE As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting Project Managers in the planning, coordination, and monitoring of construction activities, contributing to the smooth execution of projects and ensuring that work is completed in accordance with established requirements. Specifically, your main responsibilities will include: Supporting Project Managers with work planning, schedule tracking, and coordination of site activities. Monitoring work progress, verifying completed quantities, and overseeing construction site activities. Coordinating the receipt and distribution of materials, goods, and information required for the smooth execution of projects. Compiling and reconciling timesheets, preparing progress reports, and contributing to project efficiency tracking. Participating in site meetings and following up on assigned tasks and mandates in accordance with schedules and technical requirements.
